If you are not completely satisfied with our service, repair, or e-commerce products, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and we will do our best to process your request promptly. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for any services, repairs, or products that have been used or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

Return Policy:

If you have received a product from Gadisupport that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return at care@gadisupport.com . We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and will either replace the item or issue a refund once we receive it. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any services or repairs that have been performed.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a service or repair appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time or fail to show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
